PETER  YOUNG  IS  A  LEADING BRITISH   INTERIOR DESIGNER SPECIALISING IN THE DESIGN OF LUXURY HOTELS, RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS AND COMMERCIAL INTERIORS AND HAS WORKED IN THE INTERNATIONAL DESIGN FIELD FOR 20 YEARS.

 

  

He established Peter Young Design in 2014 and his passion is for the specialist boutique project. His vision for his design studio is to create beautiful bespoke designs and his influences stem from an appreciation of the immediate environment and is most noticeable in his work for Campbell Gray Hotels at Le Gray in Beirut and more recently for the Phoenicia Hotel in Malta.

The studio’s current portfolio also includes the refurbishment of The Machrie Hotel on the Isle of Islay in Scotland, The Pure Gray Spa for The Phoenicia Hotel, a Whisky and Cigar Bar for the FIVE Palm Jumeirah Hotel, Dubai, five luxury residential Maisonettes in knightsbridge and a 57 storey tower with 343 luxury apartments for Emaar Properties in Dubai.

Peter’s portfolio speaks for itself; across a 15 year period of working closely with the iconic designer Mary Fox Linton, he has created some of the finest and most enduring interiors. These include the fashionable boutique hotel ‘Le Gray’ in Beirut, The Crystal Suites’ at The Dorchester; ‘The Lounge at One’ at One Aldwych and many other luxury homes in and around London’s exclusive residential areas.

Peter’s early career concentrated on designing luxury retail, commercial and residential interiors for clients such as Yves Saint Laurent and Patek Philippe. It is this broad range of work that is testament to his creativity and longevity.
