All four projects involved substantial remodelling and refitting of the space to create residential and office accommodation of the highest quality appropriate for the prime end of the Mayfair and Belgravia markets.
Peter Young Design worked as part of the consultant team with particular responsibility for the interior design. From their initial design concepts, they worked up detailed designs of the accommodation layouts and designed and specified the joinery, finishes, fittings, and hard and soft furnishings. Throughout the projects Peter Young Design identified suitable suppliers, monitored the progress of construction works and supervised the installation of joinery, fittings, finishing’s and furniture.
Peter Young Design accurately interpreted the client’s requirements, were responsive to the needs of the client, consultant team and contractor, paid great attention to detail and at all times remained totally focused on the delivery of a product of the highest quality. All four projects were successfully completed and achieved premium pricing on sale or letting.

This letter is prepared as a reference for Peter Young Design, Interior Designers in London.
NORR Group Consultants have worked with Peter Young Design (PYD) on our Vida Residences project in Downtown Dubai, UAE.
The project consists of a 58 storey tower (including 3 roof levels, 3 storey podium, and 3 basement levels).
Accommodation includes 341 residential apartment units that form a part of the hotel suite /pool of the existing 4 star Hotel. Other occupancies include lobbies, leisure decks, market cafe and retail units, as well as parking and back-of-house functions.
We have had the privilege of working with Peter and his team throughout the concept, schematic design and detail design stages, as well as the tender and Construction/Contract Administration phases. NORR Architects and Engineers as the prime consultant were responsible for coordinating the work of the Interior Design with all of the packages, including security, acoustics, landscaping and other disciplines.
Throughout the design process we found PYD to be an excellent collaborator during a challenging, accelerated design time period, in ensuring the successful completion of the design, tender and award of the contract. We have found that our Client, m/s Emaar, has appreciated the ingenuity, professionalism and dedication of PYD in bringing this prestigious tower to the site. In addition PYD has provided excellent support in accomplishing the tight construction timelines as our client endeavours to bring his product to the market in the most timely and cost effective way.

I have had the pleasure of working with Peter Young Design for almost 3 years, on two separate hotel projects, The Phoenicia Hotel, Malta and The Machrie Hotel in Islay, Scotland.
